Great New Year celebration with fantastic view of the snowy mountains. Superb food and warm hospitality from the staff. Very convenient location with just a short walk to the ski slopes and shopping areas. The hot tub facility was an absolute favorite, especially in the chilly evenings.

Some areas could use a bit of improvement such as the lack of room amenities and toiletries. The towels and linens could be fresher and the rooms need a bit of airing out.

Located in a charming mountainous area, this hotel offers guests a peaceful and serene experience with stunning views. The rooms are spacious, clean and equipped with modern amenities. The bathroom is spotless, and hot water is readily available. The breakfast includes a variety of delicious options, served in a cozy dining room. Guests can enjoy a relaxing time in the wellness center, which offers an indoor pool, sauna, and massage services. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and always available to assist.

One downside is the limited parking space available.

The stay during Easter was enjoyable with some good features on offer. the breakfast delivered was top notch, with a good variety of food for every diet. the location was fabulous, in the middle of the mountains, allowing easy access to hiking trails. the hotel offered a pool for guests, which was nice to have after a day of exploring.

There were some downsides during the stay. The cleanliness in the rooms and hallways was not up to par, with an unpleasant odor that lingers.
